About CloudMine

CloudMine is a Minecraft server running on Arclight.

Arclight is a hybrid Minecraft server that combines Forge/NeoForge modding with Bukkit/Spigot/Paper plugin support.

• Think of it as a bridge between Forge mods and Bukkit-style plugins—similar to Magma or Mohist, but generally more stable and actively maintained.
• It is based on Forge (or NeoForge in newer builds) and integrates Paper/Spigot APIs, letting you use mods and plugins together.

Essentially arclight brings the best from both Forge/Neoforge and Bukket/Paper/Spigot together into one ecosystem.

What can CloudMine do?

• We specifically run NeoForge mods like any modded server but with Bukkit/Spigot plugins on the server.
• This hybrid combo boosts performance compared to pure Forge servers due to its Paper optimizations.
• Offers plugin compatibility layers (like LuckPerms, EssentialsX) alongside modpacks.
• Provides Forge event hooks, allowing mods and plugins to interact seamlessly in many cases.

Server Version

CloudMine is currently running on Arclight 21.1.97, which is based on Minecraft 1.21.1.

It natively supports all neoforge mods on version 1.21.1

Who can play on the server?

CloudMine is a family and friends server, so while we let anyone connect with us on Discord, only friends/family of the owner/admins are granted permissions to build on the CloudMine server.
